This is the Hotel’s restaurant à  la carte.

The rafted ceiling and oak wood partitions contribute to the warm, friendly and discreet atmosphere of the restaurant.

Here special dishes, such as  “The Proposals of the Season”  “Proposals from Umbria” and “The Proposal of the Day”, are all served with a wide range of wines from our cellar, in a warm and special atmosphere allowing guests to taste our food slowly to better appreciate it.
